Eklund has regressed from Top 5 pick value... Reinbacher hasn't even had the time to do that.

reinbacher and a 2nd for will smith. Otherwise no to every other deal.

Reinbacher is also literally NHL ready live from what we’re a seeing in Laval.

Its Smith/2024 1st, or no Reinbacher. Sorry man, IK Rein isn’t worth that but that’s just how it works

Understood. I'd counter with Reinbacher and Montreal's 2024 1st for Smith. We feel about Smith the way you do about Reinbacher.

No way the Sharks are trading their 2024 1st. Rare opportunity.

I think he was saying Smith OR SJS's 1st... While both are more valuable than Reinbacher, Reinbacher AND MTL's 1st for Smith is ridiculous, too.

We definitely wouldn’t trade both Reinbacher and this 1st for Smith. We got a shot at Catton, who imo, is in the Smith and Cooley tier. I’d definitely be ready to give more on top of Rein to get Smith, but not that much more

    I’d rather have Eklund.

Hmmm, 24 year old who hasn't played in North America in two years because he left for the KHL, and Rutta, for pick 65.

Let me smash that pass button.

Thats not even remotely in the ballpark for reinbacher.

Hes in his D+3 season getting topline and 1st pp mins and hes still below the .5 ppg. Hes not a difference maker.

Hes not better than newhook who we got for a late 1st and 2nd.

Ypu have to give to get and if you want literally the next draft pick from the most recent draft thats the ballpark cost.

The guy led the ncaa in scoring as a freshman. What has Reinbacher done? Played in a low level league? So the guy drafted before him is somehow worth the same when he’s certainly elevated his game? Makes no sense

It's all good bud. I remember when people laughed at Detroit for reaching for some scrub defender that barely scored in the DEL.

Oh so you actually know nothing about euro leagues.

Post ukraine invasion and the exodus of non russians from that league the swiss league is now duking it out with the shl for best euro league. It has the money to pay those players. The reigning CHL champion is from the swiss league.

    Habs accept the Anderson deal!

Habs counter with Dach, Reinbacher, and 2024 1st for Celebrini (provided you win the lottery)
