You’re honestly saying KK (7x$4.8M for 30 points / year) has more value than Kent Johnson 🤯? Truly laughable 😂

Or Columbus could just keep their pick and currently-injured, extremely promising young player and not trade for an overpaid 4C who's signed for the rest of the decade.

Zero interest in Kotkaneimi here. Even less interest in trading KJ.

Canes decline all three deals. Johnson has been worse than Kotkaniemi at the NHL level, just keep KK, who probably still has higher upside.

Why are you dumping Orlov to sign THAT montour deal? Orlov can play on the right. Or, just don't bring back Skjei.

That's not even close for Necas. Seattle don't have the assets for it. It would probably start with Wright

Nikishin can't come across next year, he's got a KHL contract. Probably light for Drury, OVERPAY for Jarvis whose going to get bridged, probably light on Guentzel, overpay on Martinook.

The Jets don't have the cap space available to help Carolina out by paying to take on a bad contract.

Orlov isn’t a bad contract. We aren’t trading him either way

Seattle passes. I doubt Sale is available, and as much as I'm a fan of Necas, RF tends to veer away from RFA's with arbitration rights as he doesn't like the arbitration process.

Your Kent Johnson takes are mind blowing. Bro is 21 and had a sophomore slump. Hit 40 points his 20 year old season. I like kk more than most and think he’d be a great add but comparing a kk right now to kj isn’t a fair assessment in the slightest.

Also kj had 16 points in 42 games while kk had 25 in 74. Pretty similar output. Now factor age and upside at this point and value isn’t close for cbj.

Reread what I said. Johnson will probably be good. Kotkaniemi helps more NOW. Not to mention, Kotkaniemi's STREETS better defensively and plays a more valuable position. I like KJ, but while Kotkaniemi's had his first down year in Carolina, KJ's had a downyear too. They're as likely as the other to rebound back to normal production, and I'd rather have KK

Jake is gong to get more than 8.3 and more than 5 years. Think 7-8 years and 10+

If he was open to 8.3 and 5 years the Pens would have re-signed him.
