Parayko is worth a lot more than this, multiple firsts. If he wasn’t then he would’ve been traded already. Also blues won’t be taking on cap more if they trade Parayko, 6.5 or less back

Easy no for the blues. We are not trading Parayko and if we did it would signal a full teardown rebuild so Kane/Ceci are not the pieces we would target. Like why would we trade our best defensemen and still try to compete, it makes no sense at all for us

Feel like if blues trade Parayko theres a stud defensive prospect coming back as the main piece with additional assets. Also mtl isn't going to retain on gallagher AND take on Campbell thats a big ask for a few prospects who havent shown much, broberg probably wouldnt even crack our nhl roster at this point and Holloway hasnt seized any opportunity he has received so far..

is ceci returning two firsts to make up for the initial trade return for Parayko? If the blues move Parayko its not to re-tweak the team its to go into a full rebuild

That's an extremely easy no for the Ducks. Kulak blocks better, younger LHD like Zellweger and Savoie is a C prospect no better than 8 kids that the Ducks already have.

Lundestrom is an underrated player because his offensive numbers are low and he's coming back from that summer Achilles injury. You're not going to get him for this crap offer and either way his qualifying offer is 1.8M so there is zero reason for him to sign a contract for 1M. He'll get paid double that and then Edmonton's cap doesn't work.

Anaheim has no interest in either player.

I'm not saying either of those players are untouchables for Anaheim, but it would have to be an offer that at least interests us, and this doesn't. We've put years of work into Vaakainen, if we were planning on cutting him loose for mid round picks we would have done it already, and we're happy to keep Lindstrom around in our bottom 6.

We'll take upgrades that are more expensive cap wise, since these guys will sign for cheap, or well take younger roster players at positions of need, but futures and AHL players don't interest us much.
