As sick as it would be to see Levi on a contender I can't see the Sabres giving up on or moving him so soon

As much as I'd like to see him win a Stanley Cup sooner rather than later, Dostal is the Ducks' goalie of the future, not the Avalanche's.

Better question is why would a team give up one of these goalies to the Avalanche?

If you guys are going to ride your starter for 60+ a season, you need an actual workhorse starter, because you look like you've completely cooked Georgiev at this point.

You need a team that's has too many NHL capable goalies. Might be able to get Knight from Florida, might be able to get Vladar from Calgary, etc.
