    I wouldn't say any of these are necessarily better but they would be "free": Montour, Tanev, Pesce, DeMelo, Roy, Walker.

    That being said, we'll see how many of those actually reach free agency.

    I was gonna say this year's crop is pretty thin. I only see Tanev, Demelo and Walker actually making it to July 1

    Roy he's better defensively and just fits the team

    Dont cost assets and is asking for less than Hronek

    I'd honestly be surprised to see DeMelo reach, and the Stars have the space and role for a Tanev extension too. Could thin out super quick.

    Nah I could see Demelo. As WPG does have some youngsters coming up and cap space gonna get tight soon
