Don't use LTIR yet

I want to make sure that GMs don't circumvent it. I will make a thread later tonight with procedures and how LTIR works.

So which team are we waiting for? I count 30 teams accounted for.... once the last is ready we just need the threads updated and we're good to go, right?

yeah, he hasn't posted since august ... i mostly hope they get a NYR GM but a small part of me hopes they don't get one yet so that we don't get super crazy with all the trades, lol.

Pretty much, yeah, he probably isn't coming back ... probably.

After speaking with WerenskiWarrior offline; he is resigning from his post as the GM of the New York Rangers.

He has had an increasing time commitment with college, social life, etc. that he values more than a game.

As of right now, I am unaware of any AGMs that are next in line to get a job. If there are none, then it opens up to the general public.

by 'month' does it mean like, 4 in October, 4 in November, etc. or as in 4 per 30/31 days.
