When Aaron Dell and Craig Anderson are the Sabres listed NHL goalies other fans think they need a goalie. Like he, insert just about any goalie name, would improve the team or think they are trying to win. Sabres are in Pitt/Edm mode+. Trying for 3 top 3 picks in a row...

Wow.... that is woefully ignorant.
Thsts why Buffalo is pining for 5 or 6 of the "B prospects"
Is this Kevyn Adams....??

Rangers say NO THANKS. 6 pieces including 5 first rounders....LOL....keep dreaming Buffalo. Jack isn't worth half that.

A Neutral View on a Potential Eichel Trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Shibbal18</b></div><div>Because the Sabres have there own D prospects and current NHLers. There is 0 reason to move Eichel for one</div></div>
I assume that you are a Buffalo fan based on your profile picture, and it is sad that you don't seem to be familiar with the prospects in your program. You have Jokiharju that plays on the right side as a young defenseman, after that NOTHING. Samuelsson and Johnson are nice pieces and left sided. They are also likely closer to being #5 defenseman than a #3. A Schneider or Lundqvist gives you such a solid D-core to build from. Laaksonen is not even close to their level.

That's an absolutely fair point. However, none of them were getting a surgery that never has been performed on an elite athlete before either. You don't know how he will come back from this. You also might not want to have a player in the dressing room that is pissed for the next 5 years, can be very bad for team morale.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>RoyalBlueSabres</b></div><div>I don't need the same caliber player but you do need prospects with the capacity to be that good whether that's the form of actual prospects or picks.
Getting prospects that will simply fill out the middle of the roster won't get it done.
Wake Up!</div></div>
I don't know in what fantasy world you live in. Look at the Erik Karlsson trade, Mark Stone trade, Hall when he was in Arizona, and more recently Seth Jones. This is the kind of return you can expect.

Your evaluation of the pieces come back prove it.
How are you trading a bona-fide 1c top 5-6 in the league. For pieces that won't even result in top line players. Please make it make sense</div></div>
Wake up! Look at all trades that involves super stars, they don't get you a superstar of the same caliber back! You get solid pieces that helps you build a new foundation. I already explained to you what you could expect that each piece in the trade would become, go back and read it!

A lot of great players struggles in their first year of being in the NHL, that is such a flawed argument. His underlying numbers weren't terrible, not great either, about what you expect from a young kid playing his first games in the NHL.

NYR Offseason plan based off rumors
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Bloodykisame</b></div><div>i misinterpreted your earlier message. I am basing the deal off of buch's to STL. Ottawa's 2nd will likely be 32-44 and tierney would be a good 3rd replacement for a year at least. Unless NYR had their eyes on another center. But I think something along these lines its realistic.</div></div>
Rangers have plenty of center depth but not NHL ready depth and that is the current issue, so a Dvorak would be a better trade where they are also possibly looking for not only a potential back-up goalie, but a goalie that can run with it and become a starter in GEO. There would have to be other pieces there, but Dvorak would make a great 2C and help out that depth the Rangers have not had in while.

He was great in the play in round.</div></div>
that's absurd. There are many clear differences in potential, playing style, age, contract and control (him being UFA and Kapanen being RFA), and so on that make Kap infinitely more valuable. I'd be over the moon with a mid-2nd rounder

I'd take Kerfoot over Strome any day of the week.
If you wanna give other people a reality check make sure you give yourself one too... lol. The hypocrisy is real.</div></div>
Did Kerfoot put up 35 pts with AHLer JP and 4th liner Khaira while dragging them? No he didn't, he played with actual NHLers that yer
Did Kerfoot put up a 0,5 and slightly more PPG pace on the 6th worst team in the league in 18-19? No he didn't, he played on a playoff team that went relatively deep in the playoffs.
So no we're not hypocrites, you just don't live in reality, just like the time you said BUF takes EP for RD and runs

Lololololololol
If you'd watched the Leafs games from an unbiased eye, you'd know that there's literally nothing special about Kerfoot. His speed is average, his physicality isn't anything special...
He'll fetch a late 2nd rounder. That's it
