It's not True, since January Girard play very well.

For me and i'm Avs Fan i say yes. Armia$+ Trenin $= Colton $+Kirivanta $or every bottom 6 under 1M. Armia play very well this year and I like Trenin game. Kovacevic can help us on 3Rd and we can trade Manson for signing Walker.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>GiggywithGibby</b></div><div>If Rantanen has to move due to cap constraints, I could see Anaheim making a play for him. Strome doesn't have quite the same scoring capability as Baths, but he's got 50-60 points capability with the right line mates as shown in NYR, and Anaheim has other assets that could be offered provided there's a sign and trade.
I'd propose Strome, the EDM 1st, and Zellwegger. Maybe also swap Wood out for a cheaper NHL caliber LW as I have a hard time believing that Mitts signs for only 6</div></div>
Sorry for you offer but for Rantanen with contract Avs want Zegras and 1st anaheim 2024.

If one time you should let some young player for a guy who won à stanley cup. If you have paid 9.25 M for Skinner you can pay Rantanen 12M . Locker room issue??????.

The flyers have no use for 25 year lord Girard in a rebuild when they want to let their kids play on defense. If TK is being traded because he doesn’t fit the rebuild timeline how does Girard fit at the same age? So if you take him out of the deal then a good prospect and a late 1st ain’t good enough to get TK</div></div>
If you think a 25 year old top 4 LHD is too old for a rebuild your totally wrong. .

Drouin is fast and a good playmaker.i have some doubt for Toews healthy.

It would make COL a deeper team sure, but imo it also makes them less dangerous.</div></div>
You can use both first round pick for add another player.
It would take courage to make this trade but I am convinced that the GM would manage to build an excellent top 9 on offense and rejuvenate the top 4 in defense (Miller -Toews) in addition to securing for at least 4 years this top 4 .

Probably not popular opinion but i agree with this offer from Rangers. The sport business is not an emotional thing . And colorado can sign 1 or 2 good UFA Meier and Barbashev. Trade Toews and Girard and sign 2 big shutdown third pair Dmen. It's not easy to see Rantanen gone but this team can win the stanley cup for long time.
But i know it's not possible. I dream.
