<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>pensburgh571</b></div><div>lol multiple first round picks? How high are you lmao. Since when does a top 4 defenseman cost that much to give up?? Especially with the pens retaining. Yall have clearly not watched one second of petry play to think he's a cap dump and doesn't have value. I know you can't be suggesting that 2 years of a middle six center with the pens retaining 23% isn't costing multiple 1sts to give up. maybe its the measly 1mil retention on karlsson? I can see the penguins adding a little extra here but suggesting multiple 1sts is just being a troll.</div></div>

You expect the Ducks to retain for 4 years on a player that wont play a game for them. And in the process get an anchor contract off of a rival. And then take the Granlund and Petry cap dumps on top?

Lmao take the homer glasses off and see how this makes legitmatley no sense in any possible way for ANA. This is horrendus for them

You clearly have no clue how valuable cap space is, and retaining for 4 years to help a division rival and lose a retention spot for 4 seasons. Like take 5 seconds and think about why on earth ANA entertains this without multiple top half first round picks

"Y'all" Pens fans are quickly becoming among the most delusional on here. But its easier to say someone's high or call them a troll when they dont blindly agree to making your team better for no reason

Petry is 1000% a cap dump to the Ducks, we just got last place we have no interest in an overpaid declining at best 4th defenseman, Granlund is 1000% a cap dump. And Karlsson's retention for 4 years is a 4 year cap dump we have no reason to take. It isnt rocket science, if you use your brain for 5 seconds its actually very simple to see
