You're probably going to 8th overall here shortly, And no you're not getting Shane Wright. And Columbus passes on the Laine deal. And Detroit has no use for Michael Del Zotto.

I thought last year Columbus could trade Laine; now I think it would be shocking. They got Johnson, and Sillinger coming up and could make bigger moves to inject the rebuild, which will include a Laine extension.

Klingberg is worth a little more than half of that. That contract would be almost a lock for a buyout.

You would definitely get Klingberg if you offered that kind of money, and you would definitely regret it sooner than later.
That being said, some team WILL probably end up giving him $8mill per, which is still too much
