Zero need for Eller. All that move does it take up cap space and take away picks Boston could use to acquire a better player

I doubt the Hawks would take Rakell if the Pens offered those two picks to take him. Too much term left on that deal.

POJ is a redundant LhD and Reilly Smith is an expensive lame duck (no pun intended). Other than Brayden Yager and the 2024 first, Pittsburgh really doesn't have the assets to get Trevor Zegras out of Anaheim, who aren't marketing him in any event.
