That’s a tough one for pit. Darling probably wouldn’t even play. Doubt they move desmith after that team friendly contract and obviously they won’t move Murray

Try him for preseason and if he doesn't work then just put him in the AHL. At least the cap dump is on shorter contract, and it helps their LHD logjam.

Yeah IK the shorter contract. Ideally we’d move JJ and take back a cheaper contract. Or pay a prospect / pick to move him

Edmonton has better LHD prospects in the minors than Fleury. I'd be more interested in Gauthier.

I’d rather just do McGinn for Jarry straight up. Keep the cheaper cap dump and just bury him if necessary. The worst that happens is no one bites on him.

I don’t think they would. Cause if you took off the Johnson for darling part, they’d essentially be adding Jarry and Jones to replace Mrazek and mcehilleny (or however you spell it).

That detroit deal only works if they know Fox will sign. Were not gonna give up a player just for a chance to sign Fox. Maybe a pick or two but not a 1st rounder with potential still.

If Fox doesn't sign and Evgeny plays 82 or more games in the next 2 seasons its a 2nd.

Jones has been better than his numbers show. That defense and team play are the culprits.
