It's a realistic thing, but I think Ottawa still matches that. They've talked about how they're building around Chabot and they've got nobody else to spend money on. They'll have $52M open up next year with a bunch of their injured reserve contracts disappearing and will have tons of money. Between White's contract from this year (maybe $4-5), and the only important guys being Tierney ($4-5), Jaros ($2-3), C. Brown ($3), DeMelo ($2-3), Duclair ($2-3), Balcers ($1-2) and Chabot needing to be signed, it's easy. Maybe includes Pageau, and a bunch of young guys. Assuming the other guys come in at the higher end, it's like $23M - $26M before dealing with Chabot, leaving $26M that needs to be spent somewhere.
