Mayfield and Wilde for ehlers but no 1st - isles can make room by trading hickey for a late rd pick.

Never even thought about hickey for picks, I think jets final offer would be Mayfield, Wilde and a 2nd.

How much of a difference value wise does 2020-2021 make??

Jets don't need Mayfield and Ehlers shouldn't be traded for a #4-6 defenseman, that'd be a terrible trade for Winnipeg.

thx for opinion, literally all I wanted was suggestions and opinions.

I think Jets could use a RHD but it does create a big of a jam for future dman. Just wanted to see what this would look like.

How about Tanev for Perreault, a 2020 second and a 2021 third. It doesn't make much of a difference salary wise but you guys get to dump Perreault and get a solid Defensive D man who can do even better with less pressure playing behind Big Buf

On the contrary, lots of knowledgeable Leafs fans would LOVE to have Mayfield. What we've offered is Kapanen (once Marner is signed) for Mayfield and a second.
