Description

I think Ingram is ready to move up to the nhl as backup. Toronto needs a goalie that is cheap and preferably has some term. Nashville moves Saros and brings up Ingram since he's the more stereotypical "Tall goalie" that Nashville has alot of experience with.

Kapanen gives Nashville an up and coming RW that is signed to a reasonable contract. He solidifies NSHs top 6 for the next 2 seasons.

Saros gives Toronto an up and coming goalie that is signed to a cheap contract.

The Granlund trade for Bogo is about solidifying the bottom pairing defense and giving it some size/grit. Beyond that with Kapanen Granlund and Smith become redundant. Trade one of them out for a bottom 6 upgrade.

Kapanen is too valuable to trade for only a backup in return.

I like saros. Wouldn’t trade kapanen for him though. Would bracco and a pick get that done? Bracco is talented but Toronto has so much depth on the wings that he won’t earn a top six spot next year. I think he might be a good fit with nashville

I think BUF would need to add to that trade. As for Kap for Saros, I don't know if I'm ready to trade Saros - I don't know enough about Ingram to make that call though. So maybe haha!

He's getting better and signed another year. Add the 2nd in and dropping almost 2 mil cap I like it
