Buffalo wouldnt trade cozens for 2 yrs of gaudreau. Plus we have skinner, olofsson, and marcus johansson on lw already, it doesnt make any sense for us.

I think some of these are okay but for the most part you really overestimate Johnny’s value.

Barkov being mentioned is insane.

As for the bruins trade, I don’t really see what value UFA krug has. So debrusk for johnny is interesting if the bruins don’t like the number debrusk is demanding. I don’t think that will happen but crazier things have happened. I think Gaudreau would be a pretty bad fit in boston, and wildly underutilized. Would he even be on the top PP?

Similar totals the last few years to Monahan, Monahan being more of a trigger man that needs Gaudreau or another set up guy, Johansen would look god between Lindholm and Tkachuk I think and it would really improve Calgary down the middle
