Understandable. I have already convinced myself that this is going to be a "Sink or Swim" year for the Old Core as well as the New Core, to determine exactly where we are and where we're going. No more Crawford and Lehner to mask obvious deficiencies on both sides of the puck, next offseason is going to be huge for the direction of the organization. Could even have to change my username then.

I honestly think Stan thinks because of Covid this coming shortened season will be a fluke so he's just going to test the new guys. The older core is going to get frustrated, especially Keith and I think he asks for a trade. Kane stays, he doesn't want to leave. Toews, hard to say.

Matthews is by far the best player in this trade, let alone considering his potential. Since entering the league he's been on pace for 40 goals, 45 goals, 44 goals, and 55 goals over 82 games.
