Canadians should never consider trading Petry. They need D like him to help properly integrate and develop their upcoming D like Romanov. They should have no use for Nylander or Kerfoot. They have a nice well-balanced team. This trade just makes them worse.

If I were the Habs I would keep Petry. Two pairings anchored by Weber and Petry is pretty nasty, and he's worth more than Nylander (at least in my opinion). Forwards are much easier to find then top level right d-men. Keep him.
