I would go as far as to say that, defensively speaking, this entire blue line is bottom 3 in the NHL.

Florida and Philadelphia both decline. The Buffalo and Winnipeg ones make use worse. Our d is worse after this.

I mean, I wouldn't take Safin and a first to take James Neal's deal, so I'm not really sure why Ottawa would include Tierney in the first place tears of joy

This team is far worse than what they've got now. "Cup winners no doubt"?! Calder Cup - sure. Gagarin Cup - maybe. But Stanley Cup? Not a chance.
