I don't think Montreal would be a place for him and I'm willing to bet a lot that we wouldn't move him within the division.

Habs and Sabres rejects. Underpayment by the Habs so Sabres reject and Montreal isn't willing to trade Suzuki, Caufield and Guhle in the same deal Dale

They probably wouldn’t wanna move all 3 of them in the same deal but that would be the cost for Eichal. I agree eichal to MTL won’t happen; just tryna illustrate some value. Most of the stuff on CF isnt likely to happen

Yeah most stuff on CF and the GM game wouldn't happen like your 3 way Kane trade

Drop Guhle and send back some salary. Sabres dont need Guhle and MTL could use some cap space, or extend Danault and add him

Guhle would be ur 2nd best LHD behind Dahlin for the future. Him and Johnson would fill out your bottom 4 left side

He'll be an NHLer but, Sabres probably hang on to McCabe for a few more years though and have Samuelsson currently doing very well in Roch with Bryson and Borgen also ready for a spot. The Sabres defense is really good, significantly under rated, but they cant score at all, and their goalies are meh at best. So he might be good but they need to address other issues especially if theyre giving up their point leader

From the top of my head Huberdeau, Scheifele and Bergeron are also good defensively and PPG players, and they make 6M AAV.

Sabres fan have been saying he is A Top 5 center in the league because of his salary. He's not even top 10 yet.
