Gee think you giving the exact reason why the Leafs don't need those players especially for such an obscene overpay.

Those two Isle and the two Leafs are about equal, then there is quarantine period and then to giveaway the 7th Dman, and first.

I think getting 2 quality depth guys ba kerfoot and vesey is a net win in terms of a well rounded roster. Vesey really isn’t that good

Those two depth players have 15 points this year, the two Leafs 21 points. If anything the Isles added the first rounder and the Dman.
Leafs or any team shouldn't be giving away a roster Dman without getting another in return.

You're right. I really don't understand the ignorance or stupidity of so many on CF. Seems like the Leafs have just one good player and the rest are scrubs.
