Makes sense. Fresh look is what they want I’d think without publicly stating it. Trading Meier for a low value is gonna be a major regret. Needs to be near overpay because I think he will blossom wherever he lands (that’s not Buffalo, where players careers perish).

Its ridiculous trading a good young goalie who was in the Calder conversation for Bernier. Bernier is not a playoff performer and while okay aint great.

If Carolina really is going with the Toronto duo or Mrazek + Bernier I dont know what to think. Its not bad granted but NEDJELKOVIC could have been the future.

This isn't surprising. Kahun might be worth league minimum and Khaira's QO was way too pricey for what he brings. Letting those two walk and extending RNH might be the only good moves Old Dutch makes this summer.

Chicago trades him to Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh trades him to Buffalo (for attitude issues)

Buffalo does not qualify him (dumb)

Edmonton does not qualify him (coach didn't like him)

Somehow I think he could be a free agent steal. Just don't play him in the top 6 and he will do well lul. Look at him in Pittsburgh
