Byron's 2 years at $3.4M is probably going to cost two of those assets, not three. That's if Montreal decides to move him. He's looked better in the playoffs, so they might just keep him for another season.
Neal trade value is fine, but a buyout would only cost them a little less than $2M for 4 seasons. That might be more palatable for Edmonton.
Same with the Eriksson trade. Jim Benning has said they won't use their first to move cap, but who knows.
St. Louis will definitely get better offers for Dunn. I don't think Detroit should trade for Dunn right now. Let the Wings be terrible for a few more seasons, develop some of their talent, and gather more top draft picks to fill areas of need.
TLDR: For the most part, I like what you've done here value-wise, but I think the trade targets might not get moved.
