They’re definitely bottom 5 considering most of their top prospects graduated, but Salo can easily be a 2nd pairing caliber Dman as soon as this season and Bolduc/Wilde have top 4 upside as well

Good for them honestly i like them but the future isn’t looking that bright especially if they can’t win it all in the next few years

Says you? Lol a lot of their top players are 27 and under. Pelech -Pulock is one of the best D pairs in the league and Barzal-Wahlstrom will be an insane duo

I agree w u ab the d prospects, but I also think Raty has a shot of being a top 6 guy and probably a 3c and Holmstrom/Iskhakov have an outside shot at being top 6 guys. I also really like Lennox as a goalie prospect. I’d say we’re probably bottom 10-15, but I think bottom five is a little harsh

I project Raty to be a high end 2C, floor is a 3C. He got extremely unlucky last year. He got limited ice time and his teammates couldn’t finish the chances he created. He pretty much did everything right last season but put up points.

I think Holmstrom will be nothing more than a 4th liner, iskhakov I’m really not sure lol and I don’t know much about Lennox

So wait, are you super down on Bellows or just no longer considering him a prospect?

Our pool isn’t great, but I’m honestly really excited for the guys we do have. If Bellows and/or Aho figure it out this season thats going to be good for the future too

That’s 3 isles fans who have jefferies in the top 5 ha. I feel like most isles fans don’t know who he is. Major shot generator as a freshman and his counting stats were pretty good. Hit a lot of posts, could have had more points.

I wouldn’t consider him a prospect anymore, he was drafted like 5 years ago

Fair enough. Personally, I do consider him one, as he just turned 23 and has only like 20 NHL games to his name. Just out of curiousity, where would he rank in the list if you still considered him a prospect?

MTL's prospect pool isn't comparable to LAK/DET's pools.

MTL have a lot of prospects with NHL potential, but none of their prospects would be in the top 5 of either DET/LAK
