Have to think Brisson would HAVE to go back to SJ, being that he is Bordeleau's linemate.

Never in your wildest imagination will Vegas get Hertl without sending Krebs and Tuch back. Vegas will have to overpay to get him.

Brisson is fine but I would really rather have Krebs.

They wouldn't move those two for Eichel. I know you wouldn't want to lose your best player but tone it down with the expectations or he'll definitely walk for free in a year.

The Knights wouldn't trade Krebs for Eichel. They aren't trading him for Hertl

Lower your expectations a little

Stars counter with Krebs and a 4th for Faksa, Comeau and a 2nd.

Stankoven is one of our most untouchable prospects.

It's common sense. If the Knights won't trade Krebs for Eichel, they aren't trading Krebs for a worse and older center

If that's the price for Hertl, then not many teams would be interested

the luxury of having a top line center we don’t want to trade and has publicly said he doesn’t want to leave is that if you want him it will cost A LOT! otherwise we keep and resign him! he has said he wants to be a lifer!

Idk if they're allowed to terminate Kane's contract

It looks like Hertl is done in SJ

He's not going to be cheap to acquire but some sharks fans are overvaluing him like crazy

If Hertl has said "he's done" (big ?-mark) - then he's lost his leverage and so has his agent, and SJ...

Every team should be at that price lol. Name a single player as good as Hertl you can get for that price, it just doesnt exist.

Jack Eichel

Buffalo offered a trade for to Vegas. Krebs, Smith, Hague, 1st for EIchel. Vegas declined

If they're not trading Krebs for Eichel, they're not trading Krebs for Hertl

I don't do the trade either, but let's not act like Faksa, Comeau, and a 2nd are equivalent to Dadonov, Carrier, and a 2nd

Well no sh*t sherlock.

I was just giving the same impression, Dadonov and Faksa both are almost cap dumps, but not quite yet, Comeau and Carrier are both defensive 4th liners, and Krebs and Stankoven are both top tier prospects to their own respective teams. I never mentioned that the value was the same.

Stankoven has some very nice upside but putting him in the same category as Krebs is a little ambitious. He could surprise everybody and be a top six stud like JRob. He could be a middle six guy with some scoring upside (hopefully we have a coach that knows how to use those by the time he gets here)

Except Harley and Bourque I believe that he’d be our best prospect. I never compared him to Krebs on a value note, I compared them on a team value note. Stankoven is one if our only good scoring prospects so I’d imagine they value him highly. Krebs is also very highly valued by his respective team.

I value him as if he was our 1st round pick instead of Johnston, and Johnston as if he was in Stankoven’s spot.

Give Johnston a chance. Harley and Bourque def have the goods. Neither looked out of place playing professionally. Dell and Damiani are ahead of Bourque on the depth chart so I don’t expect to see him this year

No matter how good Bourque is, they should absolutely not play him in the NHL this year, hear me out.

He’s eligible for an entry level slide which pushes his contract for an extra year. Which would mean his contract would expire the same year as Benn, Faksa, Lindell and Suter. It gives us a lot more cap flexibility.
