Right now I’m 5’6 120lbs. I play football. In football I play defensive line which is fun. And in lacrosse I play goalie which requires a lot of mental strength which I lack. I go to the best lacrosse program in the country St Anthony’s High School. My mental health is very important. I go to the gym once a week. I just have to find time. Football ends soon so that’s my goal. Getting bigger
Honestly I think gym isn’t the hardest part with Uni, it’s the eating part 😂😂. It’s so hard to find time.
For me it's the sleeping lol, I haven't been to the gym in a couple weeks and have had to even skip hockey a couple times recently (I play twice a week in the mornings) just to try and get 4 hours of sleep per night 😭😭

Eat a breakfast with 3 eggs + potatoes + ham/bacon every morning. And then get some weight gainers , 1000 calorie shake add that to your diet. And then tell me you can’t gain weight 😂. That’s what I did

If you want to add muscle mass go work in the woods, that’s what helped me. If you’re lucky unlike me you could maybe get paid.

After I finished school and started working, I was mostly working with 40 year olds or more, a few only were younger so it was so lonely. On my way home from work , I’d always pass by downtown . So what I did was I downloaded tinder and used to book my entire week with dates after work and then go home later. I think I have dated way more than many ppl will ever date

I have no time in the morning but I will try to find time. Also lately there haven’t been motivation to do my schoolwork. That’s because adhd and the Psychiatrist said I was depressed but I need to start doing well to achieve things I want to do in the future

I can’t stay still, I can’t take notes in class and I’m in all honors, I can’t stay on a certain task, I drift onto this website somehow, and I take medicine for it and go to a doctor, nothing is working
