Vancouver doesn't do the Miller trade, NYR doesn't do the Pearson trade, Vancouver doesn't do the Horvat trade, Anaheim doesn't do the Boeser trade, Flames decline, Vancouver doesn't do the Demko trade, Montreal easily rejects that trade, one side has a cap dump, the other one doesn't, Edmonton declines the Debrusk trade
