Okay since the air has been cleared with the ban of NBC, can I put forth a motion to just be kind to one another... We don't need the constant attacking of Rangers, we don't need to judge what others are doing with their teams publicly... I would like this game just to go as intended, A Friendly Game... Hey guys. Washington GM here. I wanted to express my interest in trading a few players.
First, a big fish up for offers, just to get an idea of what you guys are interested in paying for him: Alex Ovechkin. I would need the salary coming back my way to either be equal or less.
I'm also interested in trading away Joel Ward, preferably for a pick. If you guys have interest in him, come on over to my page. I'd like a pick in 2018, but we can make him a part of a larger deal. I'm always interested in big deals.
A couple of other guys who I'll listen to offers on but I'm truly not too inclined to trade them right now: Andreas Athanasiou, Logan Couture, Vitek Vanecek (YOUNG Goalie), Braden Holtby, and Brett Connolly
I have no interest in acquiring or losing another defenseman until after expansion. I have my defensive expansion list pretty predetermined. If you want a defenseman from me, I'd require another defenseman coming back.
You'd have to overpay more than it's worth for you to get these guys, as I'd prefer to keep these role players on my team : Lars Eller (likely expansion pick for VGK), Andre Burakovsky, Evgeny Kuznetsov, Jay Beagle, Jakub Vrana, Matt Niskanen, Nate Schmidt, Dmitry Orlov.
Truly any of my prospects are fair game. I have them all listed on my page, so feel free to come check them out or ask for any information on a player.
