DA rarely trade inter division with rivals so you may have to overpay a little and honestly I don’t know if we should trade him or keep him cause Thomas kinda took his spot

Wheeler can not be in the Top 6 next year, it has to be Perfetti. Right now Mason Appleton is not doing well for SEA, I think that a 4th might get him. Schenn could be a fit but with that contract I think I would rather have the top 6 like this: KC-PLD-Svech, Perfetti-Scheif-Ehlers. It saves a lot of money so you can even keep DeMelo around. Heinola has to play next year. I would trade Stanley for the highest pick you can get. Maybe trade Samberg if we are keeping Dillon.

Schenn has an NTC which he is almost certainly unwilling to waive. Otherwise I think DA would be willing to have the discussion because the contract looks rough down the line.

Right off the top, your chances aren't great because the Blues don't trade this level of player within the division. The offer would have to be one they can't pass up, especially since you want a 2nd back. The inclusion of Svechnikov means the offer isn't close enough to make Armstrong ponder it. They'd sure be interested in Copp being included, though, if you guys aren't going to be able to re-sign him.

Winnipeg wouldn't do any of the trades. Schenn isn't waiving for Winnipeg and the Jets would have no interest in taking on his contract.

Appleton isn't needed by the Jets and has done nothing to justify such an overpay.

The Jets have zero reason to move DeMelo at this time so it's pointless to weaken their defense for a low pick.
