ive seen that argument alot on these post "they wouldnt do that for Eichel" but yall dont realize cap space is just as much of factor as player production in these trades. Eichel making 10mil for 4 more years drove down his value and Miller making 5 for 2yrs drives it up.

Not really. Rangers have no cap space since they don't want to carry over bonuses, and they have even less cap space next season when Zibs and Fox get 14m raises between them.
Vegas did trade away 4.8m Tuch so the cap difference in that trade was ":just" 5.2m
