As far as I understand it Calgary couldn't make that trade without Lucic going to Seattle. If the Kraken (or a third party) retain even a cent its cap circumvention and the trade wouldn't be allowed.

Given the cost alone to dump Lucic I'd write Calgary off entirely. Tampa's the one I'd keep an eye on. Decent piece to acquire if they can't land Klingberg.
