Dumba isn't getting anywhere close to that kind of a return, 20 man roster and 0 cap space for injuries is an ingredient for disaster.

With the next 3 seasons having some large dead cap items in a (relatively) flat cap world, what do you think is Guerin's plan? Just curious.

Good question. Tank next season if somehow possible and then go hard again? I'm excited to see Rosi's development

Jets Decline
1 29yr old 40+ pt RS C, a young LS C and a young LS C/Winger, both of which we have zero need for, plus a late 1st and a 2nd next year….lol
Not even remotely close to anything we need or want

I'm sorry but you're not actually serious, right? I really mean it, no offense. I guess it's some kind of trolling? Even if we wouldn't need them, the amount of value in return is unmatchable. You could build on that very well. For 2 years of Scheifele..

Are you high, that's a great return for Scheifele that Minnesota would never do.

Minnesota shouldn't be in on Scheifele and Dumba isn't getting you even half that value

MisstheWhalers, did you watch Scheifele's and Stastny's comments on the season end press conference? I really tend to think that Scheifele might be an issue in the Jets locker room lately.. but what can us fans know though..

I've heard bits and pieces but what I heard probably wasn't the whole thing, to be honest while I have no doubt Scheifele is part of the problem in the room I also didn't really have a problem with what he said, if I was on that team I'd really want to know what the direction is too cause its looked like a rudderless ship for years now.

Exactly, their is no way if that deal was presented to Winnipeg that they would decline.

I agree to that but on the other hand his attitude isn't really helping the situation much. Specificly reacting to Stastny's words I believe the locker room might have a little issue regardless loosing or not

Well something went down in the 18-19 season and its STILL lingering, gotta wonder what it's exactly about.
