No enough for 2nd overall. Change the 3rd round pick to our 2nd this year and maybe you can get Ottawas 7th overall:

26th + 33rd + Anderson + Mailloux + Allen (or équivalent since I don’t think Ottawa has any interest in Allen) might get to 7th but even that I think it’s more like Vancouver‘s 15th and their second round pick.

While that’s what he should be worth, it’s starting to seem likely that a GM (likely Holland) will end up massively overpaying for him. I don’t think 2OA would be in play for any potential Anderson trade, but wouldn’t be surprised if his return included a 1st or good prospect at this point (even though he shouldn’t return very much at all)

I think the Devils trade is more than fair, but put that aside and what is it you think you would get for your 2nd overall pick, Pastrnak ? you would need to add a lot to get there. My point is this, look at the Eichel trade who thought that was a good trade for Buffalo? you just don't know. my guess is they keep it.
