I think they move some guys to try and tank they are to good right now to get bedard or Michkov

I don't think they are. I think swapping fleury for mrazek and trading their best defensive dman in Murphy would be enough to make the hawks a bottom 3 team in the league. Fleury bailed the hawks out so much last season. I think him being gone alone is a huge step towards tanking.

I imagine the Leafs dumping Mrazek probably costs a bit more, but I think Chicago acquiring him makes a ton of sense. If they want to be bad, he might do that. He also might rebound and be pretty solid, in which case you can trade him for assets to somebody else at the deadline or next offseason. Seems to be a win-win for Chicago.

Last I heard, Strome wasn't getting a QO. Did something change?

If we want him, keep the 2nd rounder, and sign him as a free agent.
