hope to be semi realistic here

Couldn't trade JG without signing him first but NJ would be signing this deal and trading for rights only.

Would try to move Lucic / Monahan but I don't think anyone is taking those deals so have to ride it out this year.

UFA rights are no more than a 4th round pick, Zero chance in hell the NJD give that up for johnny Gaudreau.

RFA rights are not the same as UFA rights. fiala is an RFA which means the only way another team can get him is through a trade/offersheet. johnny is a UFA
