Why do the Canes need or want Myers?

Easy pass

That Canucks fans still think there’s a chance they’d get a player like Byram for Miller AND a 1st is cute…and utterly delusional.

Why would the Canes consider that? Myers is a cap dump, and the Canes don’t have the cap space nor the positional allotment for Myers. Canes already have 5 RHD signed that can play at the NHL level, why would they add another one with a 6mil cap hit? Not to mention the Canes are unlikely to trade Seeley with how he is developing.

No way in hell are you getting Byram from the Avs.
