I am sure the avs would prefer to keep JTC but I mean, ya sure, they accept. Not likely Flames would tho lol

Why would Arizona do that. Totally one-sided.

Most of the trades here are the same way: heavily in favor of Calgary

I doubt Tanev gets you a first from anyone this season and certainly not from TO

Calgary can't rebuild. Just hope Markstrom bounces back.

Blowing up for a rebuild and sending an aging player signed long term to another rebuilding team?

Habs say no. 2 first rounders ( one is definitely going to be top 10) and two young players that were 1 round picks. Just doesn’t make sense for them

Colorado probably takes that Lindholm trade. Would suck to see Compher and Foudy go. Romaine and Zhigalov don’t have much value.

Yeah, that Pens trade is backwards, buddy. Pens block your number.

That's not a rebuild... That's creating a team that is competitive immediately by trading away underperforming players for unreasonable returns.

Can't see any team wanted to trade for Huberneau as he starts his 8 years 10.5m contract next year. Can't see him even being given away.
Markstrom waives for Arizona???? Sure.
Leafs don't want 4.5m Tanev next season.

Huberdeau is gonna be a flame for the length of that contract, Habs certainly not giving up all that for him. Arizona asking price for Chychrun alone is much higher than that, and they want prospects not a goalie who is currently failing.

Flames are stuck with Huberdeau and Kadri they made the choice to sign those contracts and no smart gm should bail them out.

AZ asking price has imo been unrealistic, personally I think he is one of the most overrated players on CF, but Armstrong is smart sticking to his guns somebody is going to panic and overpay for him. 100% agree on Huberdeau

I doubt habs are interested in huby anyways, if you send him to mtl because he's a local players think about how he could've waited to hit UFA and sign here for free
