Shea Weber costs 0 mil against the cap, this just adds to Vegas's cap hit. Also Caleb Jones is worth like a 4th

Vegas and Colorado trades get rejected in Dikembe Mutumbo fashion. The other two seem reasonable.

I think he is assuming Weber is a cap dump. But they got him for the purpose of creating an LTIR pool. They don't need to dump his contract.

Pretty sure they acquired Weber to LTIR him and moving him off LTIR does nothing to address VGK's cap issues

thats a very easy decline by the avs.
Rodrigues is a perfect fit for how the avs play, hes the last player they would move in a deadline deal plus thats an over pay for Toews, hes not getting a 2023 1st round pick

It might not matter now, but it def matters at the beginning of each season. It handcuffs teams off-season moves. Why did we move hossas contract if it didn’t matter?
