I asked in the previous thread

We all see the same lists of guys who are likely to be traded at deadline (Horvat, Toews, Tarasenko, etc).

But if you had to pick one unexpected player who could be traded before deadline, who would it be?

And here were the answers thus far...

Brian Dumoulin
Adam Henrique
Alexander Wennberg
Pierre-Luc Dubois
Jesse Puljujarvi
John Marino

I'm not sure if Boeser gets traded, but if he does, it'll either be before the deadline or in the offseason.

I wouldn't mind this shape.
Canucks deserve to get the 1st overall pick for once and I quite like the Isles so them picking Fantili isn't that bitter of a pill for me to swallow.
But most importantly, Chicago and Montreal are both dropping in the draft order, I cannot stress enough how imperative that outcome is.

They probably would need to if they get over cap for next year. If they do trade Bratt, though, they'd wait until the offseason.

that'd be a disaster, bratt is the better winger between the two
luckily bratt leaving doesn't seem to be on the cards, regardless of other roster moves between now and next season

Matt Roy I could add to the list as well. Interesting report out today that LA could be interested in a RD for Eller trade, or that they are at least interested in Eller.
