We may have started the season with 4 rookie Dmen ( Harris, Xhekaj, Guhle, Kovacevic ) and added to that with calling up Barron but they’ve all done pretty well, though Xhekaj I know has been sheltered, not sure about the rest

Then it's up to him to bait someone stupid on the other team to take the fight. Even fighting Kane there is borderline okay, they exchanged crosschecks, but I'd rather see him turn away knowing Kane wants to boost his team.
If Kane goes after someone else, THEN step in. Make Kane risk a penalty while trying to draw that fight.
Picking up Desharnais after the fact was the issue. The injury was unlucky, but that's a bad trade off regardless. If a D is going to the box, at least take a top 6 forward with you.

Tbf, Allen has made some big saves. It just reinforces that Edmonton needs to reduce goals against more than they need to increase goals for.

There's only so many sheltered minutes available per team and Nashville couldn't give them to him and didn't like his defensive game. They probably didn't want to trade him and were hoping he'd clear, but I can't be sure.
Pitlick was similar and cheaper, yet he cleared.
Just a classic change of scenery boosts a player scenario, whether it lasts is the question.

Oshie is one injury away from permanent damage. Backy is actually fine. Ovi doesn’t rlly do anything. Everyone needs to realize that. Strome is fine. Milano find. Mojo is Terrific. Nak needs to finish. What is this team
