If Drury is going to give a lowball offer for Kane, it only makes sense for it to be by valuing Kravtsov as a 1st lol. So say Chicago wanted a 1st+2nd for him in value, then Kravtsov+2nd + a 3rd for retention and a 4th to another team.

The premise of the Kane trade is based off Taylor Hall going from buffalo to Boston. He would only go to them and return was Anders Bjork and a second

It is Kane that wants to NYR, Drury doesn't need to trade for him.

Taylor Hall had much lower production and he doesn't have the "intangibles" like Kane. Kane's comparable is Giroux from last year. Think Hall limited his movement to Boston only as well, Kane has two teams like Giroux, and TOR is looking for a top 6 addition.
