It's a lot of things but the value is about right. I'm surprised Nashville took that many picks, I thought they would want more players.

… that value is right for a guy whose been mostly invisible last year, is 25 and has only had ONE good year?

Yea. It's a risk for sure but I'd expect him to play better in Tampa. Look at Hagel now.

Wow. I thought the other guy posting this trade was being sarcastic. 🤔

Like Stamkos says "We don't care about the picks."

Wow, that’s an overpay by Tampa

Yeah it was me lol. Insane. I was hoping more people saw it before the insiders broke it because I knew people would come at me telling me it was crazy

“Man, it’s going to be hard to get Jeannot with no real prospect pool.”

“Actually, it’s going to be super easy, barely an inconvenience”

Here’s the thing… Hagel was playing well In Chicago. Jeannot had one year of lucky finishing, has dropped off this year and been mostly invisible. He shot 19% last year. He’s a good forechecker and hitter who’s most likely gonna be good for 30-35 points a year. Those guys are not worth close to this

Oh no apologies needed lol! I was expecting plenty of people to say the return was crazy before the insiders started dropping it lol

But just think of the money JBB is saving by not attending the next 3 drafts. He has no picks so he can now take up pickle ball, partner with Joel Quenneville and they can challenge Izzy Mandelbaum and his sons for the Boca Del Vista Phase 3 Seniors Pickleball challenge. It's GO time! Time to take it up a notch!
