Canes accept, but I’m pretty sure the Canucks won’t do that.

At least it’s different than all other Canes/Canucks posts

Korpisalo has been good on an otherwise garbage CBJ team, and has been pretty stellar since starting in LA. I get the impression he's getting a near 4x $4m contract most likely ( I could see Montreal, Carolina, Philly, Colorado, NJ, St-louis, SJ, Minny, Ottawa looking into his services).

As good as it would be for the Canucks to finally go through a re-tooling and "rebuild" the Acquilini's will never do that, they'll continue with their attempt to get mid-tier players by mortgaging the future in the hopes of being relevant, all while wasting the best years of Pettersson and Hughes like they have done for years before.

Canes run into the mountains laughing and screaming... are you sure you meant to post this? You didn't include a bad contract and try to trade it for Scott Morrow

Hawks might consider this. Might take a 2nd instead of a 3rd to get it done.

Demko is at minimum a high 1st round pick, top prospect and a roster goalie, and garland is positive value so we can get back a lot more for him, your values are so far wrong

The Blues would not do that in a million years, sir.

Or the need for an RD. Or a lack of eyesight.

These Trades Destroy Vancouvers depth at all positions aside From D and even then the Defenseman you are getting back is way past his prime

Trade 1
Conner Garland maybe but only if we cannot trade another winger where we get value back vs losing it

Trade 2
Brock can get a 2nd round pick without taking back 8 mil in bad cap space for Vancouver. He's at .775 PPG right now and its still considered a down year due to his lack of goals. He has great Hockey IQ for being in position and while his shooting is down his passing has really improved. IMO he is worth a 1st if we trade him or maybe we keep him and deploy him as playmaker who can still score goals.

Trade 3
That Florida trade is just awful, we get 1 year of Sam and then he hits UFA and lose low cost controlled players to gain what we already have an abundance of in talented wingers. We have more than enough tweener D man that can step up so Carlsson is not needed

Trade 4
Myers will not cost that much to trade once his bonus is paid that's an overpayment and a half to trade him

Trade 5
We have what is arguably a top 5 goalie in the NHL for a great contract, you do not trade that unless you are getting the world and you want to trade him for a former 2nd round pick and a 3rd? That would be up there for worst trade in Vancouver history.

that Demko trade might be the worst I've ever seen, it physically hurts to look at, what the hell have you been smoking?
