LOL If Chevy trades Hellebuyck, PLD, Scheifele and Wheeler. The Jets are heading for a massive rebuild not a retool.

Don't see NYR making that move considering he wants to go to MTL-- it's just too much to give up for 1 year. Even if they did, gotta think it would be more centered around Chytil/Trochek more than the only RW that is capable of playing in the top 6.

Just wanted to explore what a PLD trade could look like somewhere other than Montreal, if not Montreal I could see Dubois be willing to go to a big market like NY. Money would be super tight for the Rangers but I would assume they would move Trocheck to RW and play something like this:
Panarin - Dubois - Lafreniere
Kreider - Zibanejad - Trocheck

Very easy decision for Drury, no thanks to 1 year of PLD.

Then Dillon somewhere else for a return around a 3rd or 2nd round pick, that one was more about the return than the specific team

The isles are not moving Wahlstrom and not taking on wheelers contract which is more expensive than they have cap room for and would still need to sign a goalie and d man.

Giving up Casey hurts a lot, he was probably the best defenseman in the entire NCAA last season, but that's a Hellebuyck trade I'd want the Devils to heavily consider if offered.
