Yeah Canes pass. Combined, they make 1/3rd of what Marner does and they outproduce him and have long term team control. No reason for the Canes to do this. It's too short-sighted

that's a lot from AZ... Keller, Cooley and 1st should be enough ... and I believe Matthews comes with a 13M$ Extension (but AZ doesn't have money!!!!)
and even if you still have 14M available with this roster... can you please give 7-8M to Necas...
Avs doesn't consider giving away a cost-controlled D in Byram...

Hawks pass....best I can see them giving up is the NYR 2nd and wanting their 5th next year back. Acquiring a goalie means either rotating 5 between AHL/NHL or buying someone out which was not part of the dynamic taking Mrazek (aka why this would be a little different)

Colorado passes, Sakic isn't trading Bowen Byram for a one year rental in William Nylander.

Logan Cooley ( Committed to the University of Minnesota Sophomore season)+Clayton Keller+Nick Schmaltz+Arizon'a 2024 1st round pick > Auston Matthews+Topi Neimela+Connor Timmons. The trades a joke and Arizona passes. Just stop with the Matthews to Arizona crap they will be Kansas City bound in the next 1-2 years.

And John Tavares isn't waiving his NMC for that dump in San jose. You're stuck with him like it or not.

We all know tour schtick now, any trade that involves the Canes has to be such a monumental win for you to deem it fair. Like Matthews at 50 after he signs his deal for Aho is going to not be enough somehow.
