I can see that this is escalating. Pretty soon we can expect to see Hellebuyck for Cole Caufield or Nick Suzuki, because Montreal, too, needs a goalie.

Wild would want PLD to go with Eriksson Ek, plus PLD is almost certainly going to sign for more than Eriksson Ek currently is. They also can't afford more cap, so pass.
