Habs accept, no doubt. By 2026 we should be good enough to trade 1st, and getting to dump 3 contracts is big.

Hoffman is gone in 1 year. We can give him for free or wait to end of the contract.

Armia is too expensive on the 4th line but we wont pay to get rid of him.

Allen is fine as #2

Demko is good but Montembault is similar if not better the run with team Canada in 2023 was really impressive: 7games 1.42 0.939

Kidney + 1st pick + 2nd pick for Colton Dach is too much.

There’s not a chance in hell the Hawks are trading Korchinski for that package, let alone adding Dach.

Montembeault similar if not better than Demko you can’t be serious

That’s like me saying Nils Hoglander is similar if not better than Caufield

Korchinski is arguably a top 15 prospect in all of hockey and you think the Hawks are giving him away for that pile of garbage? To make it worse you have them throwing Dach into this trade as well… brutal.
