Pesce doesn't want out, he wants a better extension contract than Carolina has been willing to give him so far. He has a 15 team trade list too.

Pesce doesn’t want out, Canes don’t want Hoffman, and that doesn’t get anywhere close to Pesce. Frankly, I wouldn’t move Coghlan for the liability that is Hoffman.
