Because TRad is below the league minimum, an RFA, and largely untapped potential. Hawks keep TRad because he's eerily similar to Jeannot who received a MASSIVE haul at the TDL last year.

BUT I can see why you might not want him too. Largely untapped potential leaves for up OR DOWN. Hawks want that TDL trade more than AB. Certainly possible to have a lose/lose trade.

No way in hell the Hawks do this. It's a terrible trade for the Hawks.

You obviously don’t know Raddysh was as productive last season as Beauvillier despite making $3.5m less.

Given Raddysh’s amazing contract, I wouldn’t touch this deal if I was the Hawks, if he repeats or improves on lasts season’s numbers Raddysh could easily be moved for a 1st round pick at the TDL.

If Vancouver pushes for this deal before the season starts it will cost them Beauvillier and their 1st for Raddysh, that’s it… nothing else is going to the Canucks.
