Can't see any reason why the hawks would do this. They have their goalies lined up pretty nicely. Mrazek the tank commander this year amd gone after that. Soderblom playing backup until mrazek is gone. Then soderblom the starter until comesso or the guy they drafted this year (can't remember his name) are ready to take over. Stauber filling in as needed. It's pretty perfect.

The Hawks are not trading Commesso their top goaltending prospect for a journeyman netminder. On top of that, you expect Chicago to give up the better draft picks as well. SMH

A team with Dickinson and Blackwell as their first 2 C is clearly not making the playoffstears of joy

A guyguyguy who thinks Dickinson and Blackwell are the Hawks “first 2 C” clearly has no clue what he is talking about.

Patience a proper rebuild takes time to do it right. You're trading for a player with lower celling because he's ready now but Chicago is in year 2 of their rebuild. Keep Commesso and let him develop.

journeyman G ?- last year was Ingram (26yo) first NHL year and his second organization what are talking about. AZ not trading him to move up from 7th to 2nd (when have a ton of 2nds already). AZ has Hrabel as top G prospect already.

Well David I have to say you have some original thoughts. I think the trade is shortsighted, the roster need overhauling & the Hawks are a few years out from being a Stanley Cup team, depending on how the majority of the prospects develop .
Was Dach on defense a mistake, or do you really want him moved there?

Clearly, you haven’t seen this acgm. He clearly has Blackwell and Dickinson as 1c and 2c

I realize that, it just now confirms there is more than one “guy” who doesn’t know what they are talking about. I mean seriously they just drafted a generational centre and he is not listed at # 1 on a rebuilding team!?

Got it, so you double down on the cluelessness.

I will give the ACGM the benefit of the doubt that he/she was just listing potential line combos since there is no clear labelling of line numbers but you still went there despite apparently knowing better. I mean seriously Zaitsev is also listed as a 2nd pairing d-man!

Actually three NHL organizations, he was drafted by Tampa, went to Nashville and is now with Arizona. You also fail to acknowledge the 5 AHL teams and 2 ECHL teams he has been with… I hope he has a good set of luggage.

While you say Arizona is not trading Ingram just to move up from the 7th round to the 2nd round when they already have Hrabel as a top goalie prospect, then please explain why the Hawks would make this trade when they already have Soderblom a 24 year old prospect who is more highly thought of in NHL circles then Ingram and has played in NHL games the last two season. Additionally, this proposal has Chicago giving up Commesso, one of the top goalie prospects in the league who is a former 2nd round pick (I mention that because it is the same round Hrabel was selected) and the Hawks also have Adam Gajan who they just drafted this past June who was the first goalie selected AHEAD of even “top G prospect” Hrabel.

first 3 AHL teams (1 was a 5 game tune-up). I said AZ not trading ingram to move up 5 rounds. Hrabel is their top G prospect and he is 18yo. I didnt come up w this proposal and dont know why it was even thought up, Im saying AZ got a good look at ingram (his first full year) liked what they saw signed to a good 3 yr deal and are not moving him for a 21 yo G prospect - simple AZ not interested
